Diamond Hill Food Vendor Registration – Fall 2026
This registration is for HOT food trucks and approved food vendors at Diamond Hill Softball Complex for the FALL 2026 season ONLY.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:
-Registration is date-specific. Register for each date you wish to attend.
-Only ONE vendor per date will be scheduled. Dates are first come, first served, subject to Recreation Department confirmation.
-Your date is NOT secured until confirmed by the Recreation Department.
-Each date offered will initially have at least two (2) games scheduled. Some dates may have additional games.
-If cancellations or rescheduling reduce your date to only one game, you may still attend or cancel without penalty.
-Game schedules are subject to change due to weather, field conditions, cancellations, or other circumstances.
-Attendance, customer volume, sales, and revenue are NOT guaranteed.

VENDOR GIVEBACK = DIAMOND HILL IMPROVEMENTS!
Participation will fall under MCRD's Vendor Giveback Agreement. 100% of the giveback received from these sales will be earmarked specifically for improvement projects at the Diamond Hill Softball Complex. That means when our families support the vendors serving Diamond Hill, they're also helping us reinvest back into the complex!

Vendor Requirements
-Vendors must provide their entire setup and operation, including food truck/tent, products, equipment, supplies, staffing, and payment processing. The Recreation Department will not provide equipment or supplies.
-Electrical power may be available upon advance request but is not guaranteed.
*CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. Proof of insurance must be provided before you will be permitted to operate. Vendors are also responsible for all applicable health, food service, licensing, fire safety, and regulatory requirements.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
-Once your date is confirmed, you are expected to attend. If you need to cancel, please provide at least two (2) days' notice so the date can be offered to another vendor.
*Failure to appear without proper notice may affect your ability to register for future dates. Emergencies will be considered individually.
